Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using ReplyDojo, you agree to these Terms. If applicable law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you must obtain that consent before using the service.

2. Accounts

Some features require sign-in with a Google account. You are responsible for appropriately protecting access to your account and preventing unauthorized use.

3. Your replies and public content

You generally retain the rights you hold in replies and other content you create.

You grant the ReplyDojo operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, display, rank, create share pages or social previews, and support user-initiated sharing of ReplyDojo content.

Replies marked public may appear in rankings and share pages and may be shared by other users using ReplyDojo sharing features. If you choose profile attribution, your display name may also be shown publicly.

4. Removing replies

You may use available deletion controls to remove your own replies from public ReplyDojo surfaces. We may also hide or remove content for Terms violations, rights issues, safety reasons, legal requests, or other reasonable operational reasons.

Removing content from ReplyDojo does not guarantee removal of text, cached copies, screenshots, or posts that have already been shared to third-party services.

5. AI scoring and generated content

ReplyDojo may use AI to score replies and generate comments, sample replies, or other content. These outputs are game and entertainment features. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, fair, or consistent, and similar replies may receive different results.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Violating law, public policy, or the rights of another person
• Harassment, threats, discriminatory attacks, impersonation, or similarly harmful conduct
• Posting content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Manipulating rankings, scores, rate limits, or other service mechanisms
• Excessive automated access, interference, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access
• Other conduct we reasonably determine is inappropriate for operating the service

7. Changes or interruption of the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of ReplyDojo for feature changes, maintenance, incident response, or other operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI evaluations. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will provide reasonable notice within the service when a change is material.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the service.
