3. Information that becomes public
Replies marked public may be displayed with their prompt, score, ranking information, and related game data. If you choose profile attribution, your display name may also be public.
Sharing features may create public share pages and social preview images. Other users may also share public replies using ReplyDojo sharing features.
4. AI processing
To provide scoring, comments, prompts, sample replies, and image-related features, ReplyDojo may send replies, prompts, images, and other necessary game context to AI processing providers such as Cloudflare Workers AI. We limit this processing to what is reasonably necessary for those features.
Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, payment information, confidential business information, or other sensitive data into reply fields.
5. Google sign-in and Google Analytics
ReplyDojo uses Google authentication for sign-in. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to Google's handling of authentication data.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie settings. If you choose “Essential only,” Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change this choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for signed-in sessions, anonymous-play ownership, rate limiting, and related security functions. Your cookie preference is stored in browser local storage. See the Cookie Policy for details.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect security, address abuse or disputes, maintain backups, and meet legal obligations. When you delete a reply, it is removed from public ReplyDojo surfaces, but database records may be retained for audit, anti-abuse, integrity, backup, or legal purposes.
8. Service providers and international processing
We may use external providers for authentication, analytics, AI processing, infrastructure, content delivery, and abuse prevention. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which sends technical information needed for bot detection to Cloudflare. To notify the operator of an inquiry, the submitted email address, subject, and message may also be sent through the mail server provider used by the operator. These providers may process information in countries outside Japan.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures such as access controls, authentication, protected communications, and backups. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your choices and requests
You can use available product controls to change the default visibility or attribution applied to future replies and to delete replies. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or other rights required by applicable law will be handled within a reasonable scope after appropriate identity verification.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will provide reasonable notice within the service when a change is material.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form.
